A letter from the homeowners of the Yost House.
"Jerry and I were talking today and we realized that we hadn't even really thanked you for doing all that you did as the architect on our remodel/addition project. You need to come out and see the final product sometime. . . Our addition is beautiful and there is so much more room in our eating area. Thank you also for referring us to Lou. He and his crew did an incredible job and just changed up the whole character of the place. It doesn't even look like the same house anymore and that's a good thing. My pantry and laundry room are both huge--I've always wanted a walk-in pantry and now I finally have one. Jerry loves the huge garage and media room--you and Lou both did a wonderful job of translating what was in our heads on paper and then into reality. The landscapers worked the final magic when we got some grass around the house. When they finished their part and Lou did his, the whole place was transformed from just an average house and awful yard to a showplace!
